The TokenGift operator ("we") handles personal information in the TokenGift service (the "Service") as described below, in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan and other applicable laws.

1. Information we collect

• Account: email address, password (stored hashed), social login identifiers
• Payments: processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers. We keep payment IDs, amounts, and timestamps.
• API usage metadata: model name, token counts, cost, request IDs, timestamps
• Security logs: connection information such as IP addresses (fraud prevention and rate limiting)

2. Prompts and outputs

We do not store the content of prompts sent to the API or of AI outputs. Content is relayed to upstream AI providers for inference and processed under their terms. We record only billing metadata such as token counts.

• Providing, maintaining, and improving the Service (including billing, balance management, and gift code verification)
• Preventing and investigating fraud
• Sending essential notices and verification emails
• Complying with legal obligations

4. Cookies

We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

5. Sharing and subprocessors

We do not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law. We use the following subprocessors to run the Service (servers are located primarily in the United States):

Account data is kept until account deletion. Transaction records (the ledger) are kept as long as needed to meet accounting, tax, and legal obligations.
